When it rains, it pours

While the big news at Inman News this week has been the launch of our new Web site, we've also had some other changes, including moving our headquarters to a new office.

As many readers know, pretty much anything that can go wrong during a move usually does go wrong. Today, we learned that we will not have access to our phone system for a few more days.

We wanted to let readers, customers and members know how they can reach us during this time. You can definitely send us e-mail to the appropriate addresses, and we've set up temporary phone numbers for the following departments:

Editorial department: (510) 220-8469
Customer service: (510) 230-8447
Emergency: If you can't get through either of those two lines, please call (510) 910-9345.

It's been a huge and tough week at Inman News and we thank all of our readers and customers for bearing with us as we've dealt with the shakiness of a new Web site. Despite the hiccups, we're very pleased with the outcome so far and hope you are too.

We're still accepting feedback about the new site at beta@inman.com. We appreciate all the feedback that's come in so far.

Hey Jessica - love the new site, but did you take that photo in England or does traffic move the other way in California? ;-)
